This polyurethane pad and pour system is formulated for superior durability, precise game line markings, and comes backed by a 30-year warranty. PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour is also GREENGUARD Gold certified, representing a higher standard of indoor air quality. It is an excellent solution for schools and physical training areas.

PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour is a seamless sports floor that is designed to withstand heavy bleachers, tables, and chairs with maximum durability. It also provides a high quality playing surface with shock absorption, precise game line markings, and stain resistance. With numerous colors and shock pads to choose from, PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour can be customized to meet almost any sports flooring need. It is an effective gym floor for schools, training facilities, community centers, and fitness centers.
1 – Water-Based Aliphatic Coating:
This spray or roller-applied coating provides optimal game performance and stain resistance.
2 – Chemically Bonded Game Lines:
Meticulously applied polyurethane marking paint creates precise and permanent game lines.
3 – Formulated Elastomeric Resin:
This resin layer provides exceptional ball rebound and extra durability to the PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour system.
4 – Two-Component Seal Layer:
The primary characteristic of PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour is its seamless playing surface. This coating layer seals shock pad pores for a smooth and seamless gym floor.
5 – Recycled Rubber Shock Pad:
Made of 100% recycled rubber, this shock pad base layer provides cushioning and shock absorption. It is available in 4 mm, 7 mm, and 9 mm thicknesses.

Installation Options
Multi-Poxy Adhesive:
PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour is installed using Tarkett Sports’ solvent-free Multi-Poxy adhesive. With PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour, Multi-Poxy can tolerate up to 98% RH per ASTM F2170. Multi-Poxy is not only safer for the health of installers, it has a high resistance to moisture and superior bond strength.
Beybond 50:
PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour can be installed using Tarkett Sports’ Beybond 50 adhesive. With PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour, Beybond 50 can tolerate up to 95% RH per ASTM F2170.
Tarkolay:
If conditions require a moisture barrier, PolyTurf Plus Pad & Pour can be installed with Tarkett Sports’ Tarkolay. This system requires no moisture testing.
Shock Pad Options
Made of 100% recycled rubber, this shock pad base layer provides cushioning and shock absorption and is available in multiple thicknesses:

Another option is PolyTurf Plus Restart. It is a seamless polyurethane sports surface designed to restore your existing polyurethane floor for more years of durability and performance. The system is specifically designed to be over-poured on top of an existing field constructed polyurethane athletic and multipurpose floor.
