DROPZONE COMFORT
Dropzone Comfort is a rubber flooring option that can be used in fitness applications, but it is also recommended as a walking/jogging track surface. With a substantial base layer, it provides more cushion than typical fitness flooring, providing higher shock absorption values.
Features
Dropzone Comfort is a premium fitness flooring option with performance characteristics that are ideal for exercise areas, noncompetitive walking/jogging tracks, and weight rooms. It has shock absorption properties that are uncommon among flooring designed for fitness and weight room applications. This helps reduce strain on lower extremities and increases the level of comfort for the user. Dropzone Comfort also has excellent resistance to color fading and wear, making it a durable surface that can withstand heavy traffic.
1 – Recycled Rubber Base Layer:
With an 8 mm or 12 mm recycled rubber base layer, Dropzone Comfort has more shock absorption. This makes it one of the more comfortable exercise surfaces available, especially for noncompetitive tracks.
2 – Recycled Rubber with EPDM Color Chips:
Dropzone Comfort has a 2.5 mm surface layer that incorporates EPDM chips for color. This layer serves as a durable wear surface, allowing Dropzone Comfort to withstand heavy traffic without signs of wear.

Tarkett Sports guarantees the quality and performance of Dropzone Comfort with a comprehensive 10-year prorated warranty.
Installation Options
• Multi-Poxy Adhesive:
Dropzone Comfort can be installed using Tarkett Sports’ solvent-free Multi-Poxy adhesive. Multi-Poxy is not only safer for the health of installers, it has a high resistance to moisture (98% RH per ASTM F2170) and superior bond strength.
• Beybond 50:
Dropzone Comfort can be installed using Tarkett Sports’ Beybond 50 adhesive. With Dropzone Comfort, Beybond 50 can tolerate up to 95% RH per ASTM F2170.
• Tarkolay:
If conditions require a moisture barrier, Dropzone Comfort can be installed with Tarkett Sports’ Tarkolay. This system requires no moisture testing.
