Flexlock Panel is a patented wood flooring system with a cross air ventilation subfloor design. With resilient foam pad underneath the system, it provides relatively uniform shock absorption. Flexlock Panels also allow for faster installation because they are preassembled in 4’ x 8’ panels.
Flexlock Panels are a patented maple hardwood sports floor that incorporates a cross air subfloor ventilation design. Constructed in lightweight 4’ x 8’ floating panels, installation of the Flexlock Panel system is both faster and easier. It provides shock absorption properties through either a 1/4” or 1/2” resilient foam pad underneath the entire system.
1 – Closed-Cell Resilient Foam:
This foam layer provides relatively uniform shock absorption across the entire flooring system. It is available in either 1/4″ or 1/2″ thicknesses.
2 – Cross Air Ventilation Subfloor:
This layer consists of 1″ x 6″ supports placed in a diagonal design to maximize air flow beneath the system.
• A Consistent Competitive Surface:
Wood gym flooring is the most common type of indoor sports flooring, especially in facilities that host high-level competitive teams. Choosing Flexlock Panel insures that your team is accustomed to playing on hardwood surfaces.
• FSC® Chain of Custody Certification:
Through certification with the Rainforest Alliance, Flexlock Panel and all other ClutchCourt systems can be purchased with FSC® Chain of Custody certification. This certification insures that environmentally responsible forestry practices were used at every stage of production.
• Quality Manufacturing:
Flexlock Panel is manufactured by Tarkett Sports in partnership with WD Flooring, combining the vast sports flooring experience of both organizations. As members of the Maple Flooring Manufacturers’ Association (MFMA), Tarkett and WD are committed to the highest quality standards in the industry.
• Industry Leading Warranty Protection:
Flexlock Panel’s quality is backed by a 10-year warranty that offers the highest level of protection in the industry.
Premium Grade Maple:
Premium Maple includes only boards that are free of any discoloration or distinguishing marks. This grade yields a court surface with the most visually uniformity.
Second Grade Maple:
By far the most popular grade option, Second Grade Maple creates an aesthetically unique court by blending some boards with visible grain marks and others that are unmarked.
Third Grade Maple:
Third Grade Maple is the least expensive of the ClutchCourt maple grades. A majority of the boards included in this grade have distinguishing marks and unique grains, creating a court with distinct character.
